Wolves recall Patrick Cutrone from loan spell at Fiorentina
The 23-year-old signed up with the Serie A club last January on an 18-month loan with a view to an irreversible offer and made 34 looks throughout the two half seasons, mainly as a replacement, scoring 4 goals.
Cutrone has been reminded Molineux to reinforce Wanderers’ striking choices following the injury to Raul Jimenez.
Wolves have validated the striker will “connect back up” with Nuno Espirito Santo’s team, who host Crystal Palace in the FA Cup 3rd round on Friday night.
Cutrone, who signed up with Wolves in the summer of 2019 from AC Milan for a reported ₤ 16million fee, scored twice in 12 Premier League appearances for the club throughout the first half of the 2019-20 season prior to his go back to Italy.
