League of Legends gamers will soon no longer have to search through the in-game store at the start of the game for starter items– or have an excuse for forgetting to buy any.

Jordan Checkman, the senior experience designer on League’s gameplay, revealed today that starter product packages will appear beginning in Patch 11.5, which is anticipated to strike the live servers on March 3.

These packs, consisting of the typical beginning Doran’s items, assistance products, or jungle items alongside potions, are planned to make it much easier for gamers to rapidly access the shop at the start of the video game and instantly head into fight. All of these packages will cost players the exact same amount of gold as if they bought the products independently, however they appear to not consist of wards.

Mark “Scruffy” Yetter, the gameplay style director for League, added that these packages were produced utilizing data from high-level gameplay, “so the choices provided should be high quality ones.”

Checkman also exposed that these bundles will be offered to ARAM players. Given that gamers begin with more gold in this mode, the packages will be more diverse and give gamers more alternatives geared toward how they wish to start the video game.

Players can continue to acquire the starting products independently from these packages but will be triggered to purchase these products on the homepage of the shop. Once the game proceeds, these starter product bundles will be replaced on the homepage with other recommended products to construct throughout the video game.

League Spot 11.5 is anticipated to strike live servers on March 3 together with many balance adjustments to champs and products. All parts of the upgrade undergo change prior to the spot’s main release.
