Ian K. Partilla has left Alem International Management to sign up with North American esports organization Dignitas as its new senior vice president of collaboration sales and activation.

Prior to joining Dignitas, Partilla worked as the executive vice president of global sports event management company Alem International Management for more than a year, and acted as head of global profits for more than a year and a half at sports sponsorships analytics company GumGum.

Partilla invested more than 2 years at NBC Sports Group as the vice president of sports strategy & sponsorships, more than 2 years at NBC Sports Group division Alli Sports as vice president of partnerships, and more than 14 years at ESPN working within the X Games & Disney ESPN Media Networks in numerous roles. He likewise spent two years at Fox Network Groups as a planner in its nationwide accounts affiliate marketing department.

Owned by Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, Dignitas operates groups in various esports including the League of Legends Champion Series (LCS), Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Valorant, Rocket League, Clash Royale, and Super Smash Bros.
