NY Times Reporter Says She Was Booted From Trump Rally Over Twitter Photos of Maskless Crowd
“I’ve simply been kicked out of the (T) rump rally,” Kathy Gray tweeted
A New York Times reporter says she was kicked out of President Donald Trump’s project rally in Michigan on Thursday night due to the fact that of pictures she published on Twitter of the crowd not using masks.
” Trump rally in freeland draws in thousands. Perhaps 10% have masks,” Gray tweeted to begin her protection of the event. She backed it up a few minutes later on with a photo, which she captioned, “Stuffed in crowd in the rain for trump rally in michigan. Few masks.”
About 20 minutes later, Gray tweeted that she been kicked out of the rally. She tweeted once again a few minutes later, adding a little bit more information: “First for me: Trump campaign tracked me down from pictures i tweeted and accompanied me out.”
A representative for the Trump project did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.
