NBA Reveals Set Up Changes For Three Celtics Games – NESN.com
The Boston Celtics had COVID-19 rip through their locker space early on in the season, having 3 games pressed back from mid-January.
So as the NBA attempts to come up with a schedule fo the second half of the season– in the middle of these posts ponement and others around the league– some other video games are being moved.
The Celtics on Thursday announced 3 changes to its schedule:
— Toronto Raptors @ Boston: Thursday, Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m. ET
— Detroit Pistons @ Boston: Friday, Feb. 12 at 8:00 p.m. ET
— Boston @ Washington Wizards: Sunday, Feb. 14 at 1 p.m. ET
As for those 3 Celtics video games that were held off after either they or the Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls or Orlando Magic could not dress sufficient players due to the NBA’s health and security protocols and subsequent contact tracing: it appears like those could be thrown into the 2nd half schedule.
The changes provide Boston an extra back-to-back as they try to make up for having actually played the second-fewest video games of any groups in the Eastern Conference.
