Nashville SC and New England Transformation were arranged to kickoff Friday at Nissan Stadium at 7:30. That time has been indefinitely pressed back due to a weather delay.

Nashville goalkeeper Elliot Panicco briefly took the field for warm-ups, up until Nashville club authorities revealed lightning was approaching Nissan Stadium. Players stayed in their particular locker rooms following the statement. The club has no upgrade regarding when the match will be played.

Nashville has experienced several weather condition hold-ups this season. Initially, its second match of the regular season restart against FC Dallas Aug. 16 was postponed nearly four hours, as lightning stayed in the location of Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.

Although relatively short, Nashville’s second experience with weather condition hold-ups came Sept. 6, on the road to Inter Miami CF.
