NA legend Hai leads the new generation of LCS on-air talent
North America’s League Champion series continues its brave venture into the brand-new season by revealing its total on-air cast. This follows the rebranding statement from Riot Games the other day. Previous NA legend Hai “Hai” Du Lam leads the charge for the new on-air talents.
The new entrants to the NA broadcast team include previous ESPN writer Emily Rand, former Golden Guardians Academy coach and LPL caster Barento “Razleplasm” Mohammed, and previous Immortals Top Kieran “Allorim” Logue. The most significant name from the brand-new group still remains former Cloud9 star Hai.
The Canadian Mid laner most just recently played for Golden Guardians up till April 2018 prior to beginning his own esports company. Hai was a regular member of the LCS analyst desk in 2019 but only formally joins the group this year. His years of on-hand experience as an expert gamer will no doubt aid bring color to the on-air desk.
The brand-new batch of on-air talent signs up with some longstanding pioneers of NA. Riv, Phreak, Jatt, Kobe, CaptainFlowers, Azael, LeTigress, Crumbz, MarkZ, and Generate all return for the 2021 season. Ovilee Might is notably absent from the announcement teaser video. She worked with several teams and has been typically active throughout the League community.
The introduction of brand name new skill to the on-air team signifies welcome advancement for the LCS. Riot video games made it clear through their rebranding statement that they are all set for the next generation of LOL stars. Clearly, this consisted of the next batch of on-air skill that fans will come to know and love. The LCS Lock-In tournament starts on January 15.
