LPL DFS Chooses for 2/2421: DraftKings, FanDuel League of Legends
Hi, eSports enthusiasts, and welcome back to our ongoing eSports DFS coverage of League of Legends for DraftKings and FanDuel! I’m Billy (aka “the kid”) Hoffer and I’m back with some LPL analysis.
Tonight, we have a two-game slate with two matches in the LPL. As always, I am going to do my finest to give you top quality analysis and actionable recommendations for tomorrow early morning’s DFS slate.
Today I’ll be supplying my League of Legends recommendations, analysis, and picks, for this LCK slate on DraftKings and FanDuel that locks at 4:00 AM on Wednesday, February 24th, 2021. If you’re not currently, then make sure you follow me on Twitter @Hofferkid!
ThunderTalk video gaming is available in winning 2 of their last three but still rank near the bottom in the LPL standings. Unusual Atom holds the benefit in baron and dragon rates with TT having a minor herald benefit. TT surprisingly holds the edge in first blood and first turret rates I like Rare Atom to sweep here and they will likely be the lesser owned four-man stack on the night of the two heavy favorites. TT is somewhat of a live pet, however I’m not prepared to conjecture there. A TT one-off is likewise a great way to get contrarian. The BOT lane of iBoy and Hang is my favorite spot for RA as they hold the 2 highest eliminate participation rates on this RA team.
WE is coming off their biggest win of the split after sweeping FPX. eStar has lost five matches in a row and sit right there with the bottom feeders in the LPL. WE holds considerable benefits in all 3 of the neutral goals and basically dominates eStar in every fact. We understand WE will press for group fights, making them the likely top stack choice for tonight, I believe the ownership will show that. WE can get sloppy so I do like eStar to acquire some eliminates, even if they do get swept. WE really has benefits in every lane on the rift, I like them to sweep and set up a lot of points while doing so.
