Brendan Biruk and Dan Rattigan have introduced Washington Crossing Financial Group in Washington Crossing, Pa., and will utilize LPL’s broker-dealer and corporate RIA platforms, the firm states.

They formerly reported serving approximately $245 million in brokerage, advisory and retirement plan assets, LPL says.

“By partnering with LPL, we have the liberty to run our organization our way, with customers’ benefits top of mind,” Biruk states in a declaration.

“We value that LPL enables us to choose our own monetary planning tools, analytical software and CRM system, all integrated into one platform to make our job easier,” Rattigan includes a declaration.

Both Biruk and Rattigan had invested the prior 12 years at UBS, after previously working for Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities, according to BrokerCheck.

LPL has looked for to place itself as an attractive destination for wirehouse breakaways, and in 2015 presented 2 new association designs focused on W-2 employee advisors.
