Liverpool have named their 25-man Premier League team for the second half of the season and Virgil van Dijk makes the list, regardless of it being not likely that he will be playing again this season.

The Dutchman, Jurgen Klopp stated last week, would most likely be on the list since he might always expect a ‘wonder’, but it remains likely that Liverpool will not be able to field him prior to next season.

Takumi Minamino, who could make his Southampton debut today, leaves, while new finalizing Ben Davies, who arrived from Preston North End on deadline day, is on the list.

Fellow new-boy Ozan Kabak does not require to be on the list because he is under the age of 21.
