Leading Esports sweep JD Gaming in LPL’s 2020 Summer Split week 2|Dot Esports
Top Esports secured a clean 2-0 series win versus the LPL Spring Split champs JD Gaming today. TES top laner Bai “369” Jia-Hao and bottom laner JackeyLove got the League of Legends series MVP elect their efficiencies on Kayle and Ezreal, respectively.
The first video game was the 369 program. TES picked Kayle as a counterpick to JDG’s Ornn. The TES leading laner farmed safely early until his level-six power spike with Gunblade. With this powerspike, 369 took control of the video game in the lane, allowing his team to funnel resources into the bottom lane and dragon pit.
With a snowballed Kayle and all goals under their belt, TES quickly pressed JDG into their own base and ended the video game.
The 2nd video game was much closer. JDG attained an early lead, but JackeyLove needed just a couple of kills prior to he might safely take over the video game. With no responses to the fed opponent Ezreal, JDG’s Nexus collapsed.
TES have looked dominant for the previous couple of years, completing typically in the leading three during the regular seasons and playoffs. Their recent success at the Mid-Season Cup might propel them to finally get their much-deserved LPL champion title.
TES’ matches next week protest much weaker groups, so they must be able to easily get two clean series. They will be dealing with OMG and LGD, both which are thought about bottom-of-the-barrel groups. You can tune in to the official Riot Games LPL channel next week to enjoy these matches.
