The new football stadium of Georgia’s Black Sea resort town of Batumi will quickly have a hybrid field cover, reveals Adjara Project Management Business.

UK-based SIS Pitches will be accountable for installing the hybrid yard field at Batumi stadium, while a regional building and construction business Anagi will modernise it.

Installing hybrid lawn fields help the stadium to withstand all the challenges offered by hectic arena, competitive sports activity and ecological conditions. It gives more playing hours and faster pitch healing.

In spring this year Batumi stadium will host the Georgian National League games.

In 2023 the UEFA European Under-21 Championship will be held at Batumi stadium.

Batumi stadium complies with Classification IV of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) requirements.
