Gaming channel G4 has announced the new hosts of its rebooted network. The NBC-owned cable channel transmitted computer game and tech programming during the early aughts before going inactive in 2014. G4 announced its return after a six-year hiatus last July.

In a Twitter video featuring “Interim CEO” Jerry_XL and WWE wrestler Xavier Woods, G4 now announces a few of the personalities who will host its upcoming shows. 2 old favorites are going back to the game, Adam Sessler and Kevin Pereira, together with streaming-era analysts Ovilee May and Indiana “Froskurinn” Black. Dot Esports confirms Sessler will helm a revival of X-Play, a popular show from G4’s golden era that he initially hosted. Pereira will also revive his old outfit, Attack of the Program! May and Black both hail from the League of Legends world and will feature in G4’s esports content. Pereira jokingly describes the network’s decline in his statement:

If you informed me nine years ago that I ‘d be going back to G4 in 2021, I ‘d ask if it would be on an episode of POLICE OFFICERS. I’m enjoyed be returning home and can’t wait to bring a fresh method to the legendary stunts, badly conceived funny sketches, and popular culture commentary that made Attack of the Show! such a phenomenon throughout its very first run.

The host reveal shows up amidst an ongoing hashtag project #G 4NeedsTalent, which the network started in July with a call for submissions from Sessler. The project asks fans to choose prospective hosts or send themselves for factor to consider on G4’s subreddit.
